Randy has broad experience helping business owners and professionals with the design of tax favored executive benefit plans, succession planning and estate planning. He is a former President of Southeast Wyoming Estate Planning Council and the Northern Rocky Mountain Society of Financial Service Professionals. Randy is a Chartered Financial Consultant, Certified Family Business Specialist and has a B.S. Degree in finance from the University of Colorado. He is also a member of Kiwanis, Cheyenne Frontier Days Contestants Committee, Home Builders Association, and has served on the Cheyenne LEADS Board.

Roxanne is responsible for administration of all facets of EBenefits. As Agency Manager, she designs and implements benefit plans that strengthen businesses financially and promote employee retention. Roxanne oversees customer service, public relations, employee orientation and education. She has a B.A. degree from Chadron State College.
